Sustainability Coordinator

We are actively looking for a highly motivated reliable and trustworthy Sustainability Coordinator who will work closely with current team in place.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and standards, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators in line with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Manage ESG data collection and analysis and oversee the ESG reportings and disclosures.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external partners on sustainability- related matters.
- Identify and assess ESG-related risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement ESG communication plans to promote
- Coordinate sustainability-related training and education programs for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or related field
- At least three year’s work experience in a communications or sustainability focused role
- Knowledge or experience in an FMCG context or environmental oriented NGO will be an advantage
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Ability to develop long-term sustainability strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Strong inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills; experience liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
- Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office tools
- Enthusiasm for discovering and implementing new sustainability practices and technologies
