Your role will extend to the navigation on tax platform, while also managing correspondence from tax authorities and disseminating essential tax-related information. You will be an essential player, working closely with both corporate and business operations across the IBL Group. The Tax Operator will report to the Manager- Group Tax.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure proper filing of various tax reports on appropriate portals.
Liaise with finance team for timely tracking of tax payment confirmations before and at the end of each tax period.
Ensure timely follow ups with clients on correspondence from MRA.
Assist the tax team by providing administrative and operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum HSC with proficiency in MS Tools.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in administrative duties.
Experience in the tax environment would be an advantage.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate tax filings.
High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
Excellent time management skills.
