Team Leader

We are seeking a diligent and organized Team Leader to join our team in the MBP department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with MBP standards. This role requires the ability to step in for the Supervisor during their absence and maintain smooth workflow and communication with various departments.
Reporting to the Supervisor- MBP, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive transfers in reel and ERP, coordinating effectively with LTS team.
- Ensure traceability tags are consistently present on each stacking row for accurate tracking.
- Inspect received goods for both quantity and quality, and promptly inform the Supervisor or MBP of any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment that meets MBP’s quality standards.
- Receive wooden pallets for stuffing and notify MBP of the receipt details, including quantity and type.
- Weigh goods accurately prior to stuffing using paper records and ERP.
- Ensure a smooth flow of operations within the Warehouse.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare and send detailed stuffing reports, including weight, container numbers, seals, and the quantity of bags loaded, upon completion of stuffing for a consignment, to MBP for exportation processes.
- Communicate with the surveyor prior to stuffing operations.
- Accurately record transfers and stuffing details for MBP and Finance department.
- Input stuffing details into ERP, ensuring accuracy for lots per container.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum HSC holder
- Basic knowledge of Excel.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
