Technical Sales Representative – Irrigation

Blychem Ltd, a company in the sales of Hygiene chemicals, Water treatment solutions, Irrigation supplies, Agro Chemical Products and Swimming Pool treatment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell Irrigation solutions to planters, sugar estates and other farmers.
Lead the installation and implementation of irrigation projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Achieve sales target set by the department.
Provide expert advice on Irrigation and understand customers’ needs and expectations to develop timely value proposition.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven track record in a similar role and strong existing relationships in the market.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

Excellent supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good planning and coordinating skills.
Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
A driving license (Manual) is essential for this position.
Not allergic to chemicals.
