Telesales Agent

HealthActiv is presently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Agent committed to deliver high quality service and provide assistance to customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: To take and process orders accurately.
Sales Acumen: To communicate regularly with customers for counselling and sharing of information.
Team Collaboration: To work in collaboration with the Sales Team for better coordination and to improve customer service level.
Customer Relationships: To build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Higher School Certificate.
Experience as Telesales Agent or any other customer service role.
Proven experience in the pharmaceutical retail industry.

Other Requisites

Working knowledge of relevant computer software (ERP) and telephone systems.
Dynamic and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and typing skills.
Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle complaints.
