Telesales Representative

BrandActiv is looking for a dynamic and conversant Telesales Representative to support its route-to-market segment and build continuous business through excellent customer relations.

Main Duties but not limited to

Initiating sales over the phone with potential and/or existing customers;
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
Take and process orders in an accurate manner within the appropriate and agreed cut-off time for respective Business Unit;
Enter and update customer information in the database by complying with data integrity and security policies;
Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation;
Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and standards set.

Qualifications & Experience

Higher School Certificate holder
At least 2 years proven experience in a sales-driven environment as telesales agent.

Other Requisites

Dynamic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude
Autonomous and result-driven
Excellent communication skills and typing skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office package
Creative and innovative with a good negotiation and persuasive skills.
