Trade Developer

HealthActiv is looking for a dynamic Trade Developer (Merchandiser) to ensure effective merchandising of products, with the aim of promoting brands and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Merchandising: Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers and enhance sales.
Product Staging: Ensure products are well stocked, organised and in line with Service Level Agreements.
Promotions: Collaborate with store managers to plan promotional displays and seasonal merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.
Customer Engagement: Gather customer feedback and insights to optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.
Reporting: Assist in the analysis of sales data and market trends, and use appropriate reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Higher School Certificate.
Previous experience in retail or merchandising.

Other Requisites

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Dynamic and proactive attitude.
Own a motorbike and have a valid driving license.
