Training Coordinator

Reporting to the Training Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Training Needs Analysis as per departmental needs
  • Ensure registration of training institution and training courses with MQA/HRDC/concerned institutions and adhere with all procedures, including refund application processes
  • Assist Training Manager in the development and implementation of partnerships with registered trainers and training institutions (local and overseas)
  • Assist Training Manager in strategy development and implementation for the Training Academy
  • Market training courses of Training Academy to clients
  • Communicate and manage Training Academy’s activities on applicable social media and networking platforms
  • Assist Training Manager to prepare training calendar and follow up for successful implementation
  • Assist Training Manager in the development of training programmes
  • Assist Training Manager to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and competency of trainees
  • Collaborate to disseminate and implement group projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree holder in Human Resource/ Learning & Development/ Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Experience in training activity preferably in construction would be an advantage

Other Requisites

  • Able to plan, organise, prioritise and pay attention to details
  • Capacity to work independently and autonomously as well as in collaborative work setting
  • Able to build and nurture client relationship
  • Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
