Wellness & Beauty Advisor

MedActiv is presently looking for a Wellness & Beauty Advisor to provide excellent customer service through professional and knowledgeable advice on wellness, beauty and skin care products.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

Help customers choose the best products by offering advice and guidance; directions for use or application, consultation and skin care treatments.
Be attentive to the customers’ needs in order to advise the appropriate products.
Act as the brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service.
Get to know the brands and how to classify products.
Ensure that the products are well displayed at all times.
Adhere to any corporate policies, processes and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
Any qualifications and experience in the wellness and beauty field would be a plus.
Sales expertise in the retail sector or any related field.

Other Requisites

Passionate about cosmetics, sales, marketing, cosmetology and creative industries.
Ability to work on flexible hours and during weekends.
Being agile to switch between pharmacies to offer assistance as and when required.
Ability to provide professional counselling to clients.
Strong communication skills.
Results and target driven.
