Workshop Supervisor – (Aftersales)

Construction & Material Handling Co Ltd, a company in the sales and distribution of Material Handling Equipment, Electrical Products, Power Tools, Office Furniture & Welding Equipment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its After Sales Workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the After Sales Workshop.
- Assign and schedule work, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure all aftersales services and repairs meet the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide feedback within agreed timeline.
- Monitor workshop performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of parts and supplies.
- Liaise with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless aftersales operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record in this field.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Positive, proactive, and dynamic personality with an eye for detail.
- Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driving license.
- Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
